Who we are

This is the website of Hulma Studio, a web design and development studio based in Quezon City, Philippines (hulmastudio.com). This policy covers only this website — it doesn't cover work we deliver for clients on their own sites.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the "Start a project" inquiry form: your name, work email, company, website URL, the service you're interested in, approximate budget, timing, and your project description. We don't collect anything automatically — this site has no analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies of its own.

How your inquiry is handled

Submitting the form sends your details to hello@hulmastudio.com through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. You can review Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy (opens in a new tab). If you'd rather not use the form, you can email us directly at hello@hulmastudio.com, or copy your inquiry text yourself using the copy option in the form.

Other services we link to

  • Google Fonts — this page loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may log the request (including your IP address) under Google's own privacy policy.
  • Calendly — if you book an intro call, Calendly handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn — an external link to our company page; LinkedIn's own policy applies once you're there.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained in our email inbox and in Formspree's dashboard under Formspree's own retention settings. Email hello@hulmastudio.com if you'd like us to delete information you've sent us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@hulmastudio.com and we'll action it directly, since we don't hold data beyond what's in that inbox and our form provider.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and request details) are generated by hosting infrastructure in the ordinary course of serving the site.
